Netri Agrawal is a visual artist based in India, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Visual Arts with a specialization in Creative Painting. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and works primarily in painting, exploring mediums such as acrylic, oil, watercolor, and miniature-inspired techniques. Her practice reflects an engagement with traditional Indian visual languages alongside contemporary forms of self-representation.

Agrawal’s work emerges from personal experience and sustained self-observation. The early loss of her father marked a significant emotional turning point, initially shaping her engagement with art. Over time, her practice evolved toward examining everyday habits, emotional cycles, and mental states through introspective visual narratives. The artist frequently uses her own figure as the central subject, often depicting multiple versions of herself within a single composition engaged in ordinary activities such as resting, studying, or drinking tea.

Her compositions unfold within minimal domestic spaces that function as psychological settings, exploring themes of solitude, routine, and quiet reflection in everyday life.
