I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read and accept all terms and conditions as per the prospectus for 11th Annual Women Artists' Contemporary Art Exhibition 2025.
1. Originality: I declare that the artwork(s) submitted are original, created by me after January 2023, and have not been exhibited or awarded in any previous exhibitions.
2. Insurance: I acknowledge that I am responsible for insuring my artwork(s) at my own cost before shipping. Artscapes will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit.
3. Ownership: If my artwork(s) are selected for an award, I agree that the artwork(s) will become the sole property of Artscapes, and I will not make any further claims.
4. Jury's Decision: I accept the final decision of the jury and agree to honor the outcome, whether or not my artwork(s) are selected for display or awards.
5. Transportation and Liability: I understand that Artscapes is not responsible for the transportation expenses or any loss/damage during transit or exhibition. I am fully responsible for arranging and covering all transportation costs.
6. Collection: I agree to collect my artwork(s) within three months after the exhibition. If not collected, Artscapes may dispose of them without further obligation. By signing below, I confirm my agreement to all the above terms and conditions.

Student Category: Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only)
Professional Category: Rs. 950/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Fifty Only)
